Kerem is a transformer and grid technology professional with 15+ years of experience across transformer design, R&D management, and strategic tender support. He has led transformer R&D programs, directing 200+ innovation projects and cross-functional engineering teams, and has hands-on experience designing HV power transformers up to 525 kV.
At Sustainable Impact Group, Kerem supports clients with technical due diligence, specification development, PQ/audit preparation, cost optimization, and proposal execution for utility and infrastructure programs. His background also includes TÜBİTAK and EU-funded R&D work and active participation in industry forums and technical communities.
